About Us
The River John Community Food and Health Centre is proudly managed by the Community Support Society of River John (CSSRJ). Incorporated in 2021, CSSRJ has been dedicated to strengthening our community through support and connection.
In 2023, with the invaluable backing of Federal and Provincial government grants, we completed construction of our building, the River John Community Food and Health Centre. This milestone marked a new chapter in our mission to serve River John and its surrounding areas.
Effective January 1, 2025, we achieved another significant milestone: approval as a registered charity under the Income Tax Act. Our charitable registration number is 757965603 RR0001.Our Mission

Community Food Bank
Food justice is an important part of community justice. We take donations form local businesses and use them to fight hunger. Help us connect with donors and with people in need.
